The Dutchess Community College men's basketball team has earned a berth in the NJCAA Division III Tournament after winning the Region 15 and Northeast District Championships over Monroe University - Bronx on March 1.

The NJCAA Division III Women's Basketball Tournament Bracket has been released. Monroe - Bronx Express earned a bye into the NJCAA Quarterfinals. The Bronx Broncos were awarded an at-large bid. Both teams will compete in Brownwood, Texas next week. All games will take place at Brownwood Coliseum.
SUNY Westchester Women's Basketball Wins First Region 15 Championship Since 2013

This past Sunday the SUNY Westchester Lady Vikings made history and captured the elusive Region 15 Championship for the first time since 2013! It is the first time since moving to the Division II level that they were able to win it and they did it in dominating fashion beating Orange County Community College by a score 83-43.
SUNY Orange County Men's Basketball Wins Third Straight Region 15 Championship

The SUNY Orange men's basketball defeated SUNY Rockland 84-82 Sunday to win the 2025-26 Region XV Championship. This marks the third straight region title for the Colts, after beating Westchester in the championship in both 2023-24 and 2024-25.

Dynasty! Dutchess Wins Third Region 15 Men's Basketball Title In Last Four Years

The top-seeded and nationally ranked No. 7 Dutchess Community College men's basketball team punched its ticket to the NJCAA Division III National Tournament on Sunday by defeating third-seeded Monroe University - Bronx, 87-64, to earn the Region 15 and Northeast District Championships. The contest took place at Brookhaven Gymnasium on the campus of Suffolk County Community College.

The Monroe University – Bronx women's basketball team captured the Region 15 and Northeast District Championships in thrilling fashion on Sunday afternoon by storming back to defeat Kingsborough Community College in overtime, 57-56. Monroe earns an automatic bid into the NJCAA Tournament which will take place in Brownwood, Texas from March 11-14.
