
Several Region 15 Basketball Student-Athletes Named NJCAA All-Americans
CHARLOTTE – The NJCAA announced its 2024-25 All-America teams on Wednesday afternoon and Region 15 is heavily represented.
On the women's side, Daja White from Hostos Community College was named to the NJCAA Division III Women's Basketball All-America first team. From Kingsborough Community College, Endya Green was selected to the NJCAA All-America second team. Nassau Community College's Kirina Azemar earned All-America honorable mention accolades from the NJCAA.

Monroe University - New Rochelle's Kaylyn Lelie earned an NJCAA Women's Basketball Division I All-America Honorable Mention selection.

On the men's side, Eric Mejia from Monroe University - New Rochelle was named to the NJCAA Division I Men's Basketball All-America third team. Teammate Devere Palmer Jr. secured a place on the NJCAA All-America Honorable Mention team.

Jabari Phillip of Orange County Community College was selected to the NJCAA Division II Men's Basketball All-America first team. Eli Hernandez from Westchester Community College earned a spot on the NJCAA All-America second team.
